Processing times
Items marked “In stock” are shipped within 2 to 5 working days of order confirmation. Items marked “On order” are shipped within 3 to 5 weeks; the exact date is confirmed on your quotation.
Destinations
We deliver to Switzerland and to all European Union countries. Other destinations are available on request.
Shipping methods and costs
- Parcel delivery for restocking orders, with tracking number.
- Pallet delivery for seasonal and large orders, with appointment.
- Shipping costs depend on weight, volume and destination and are stated on your quotation.
Customs, duties and VAT
Prices are quoted excluding VAT. Unless the order is shipped DDP (delivered duty paid), import duties, VAT and clearance fees in the destination country are paid by the recipient.
Damaged or missing items
Please check your delivery on receipt. Any visible damage must be noted on the carrier's delivery slip and reported to us within 48 hours, with photos, so that we can open a claim.
