Return period
You may return items within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us first at the address below to receive a return authorisation number; parcels sent without it cannot be processed.
Conditions
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all labels attached.
- For safety reasons, climbing and mountaineering equipment that has been used (harnesses, ropes, helmets, ice axes) cannot be returned.
- Ropes cut to length and items made or ordered specifically for you cannot be returned.
Return shipping
Return shipping is at the customer's expense, except for defective items or errors on our part, for which we provide a prepaid label.
Refunds
Once the returned items have been received and checked, we issue a refund or a credit note within 14 days, using the original payment method. Initial shipping costs are not refunded, except in the case of an error on our part.
Defective items and warranty
All products carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If an item is defective, contact us with a description and photos: we will repair, replace or refund it.
