Scope
These terms apply to all quotations issued and orders accepted by Outdoor Extreme Wear. Any order implies acceptance of these terms.
Quotations and orders
Quotations are valid for 30 days. An order is final once the quotation has been accepted in writing and confirmed by us. Prices shown on the website are indicative.
Prices
Prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF) or euros (EUR), excluding VAT, ex-warehouse. Shipping, duties and VAT are added according to the quotation and the agreed Incoterm.
Payment
Payment is made by bank transfer. First orders are payable in advance; approved accounts benefit from payment terms of 30 days net from the invoice date.
Delivery and transfer of risk
Delivery times are given as an indication. Risks pass to the customer according to the Incoterm stated on the quotation. Goods remain our property until paid in full.
Warranty and liability
Products carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects (see our returns policy). The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse or failure to follow the user manual.
